Pantry Detox

A kitchen stocked with nutrient dense ingredients is one of the most important keys to your health success. We'll go through your pantry and refrigerator together to help you understand why certain products are good choices, and why others aren’t the best. We’ll give your kitchen a detox and discard the foods that are standing in the way of your health goals. Once your pantry has been detoxed, you’ll have all the knowledge and tools to restock with healthy, nourishing options that will satisfy all of your cravings and cooking needs! 

Grocery Store Tour

Going to the grocery store and choosing products that are actually healthy, without harmful additives and preservatives can be stressful and overwhelming. I’ll help you navigate your favorite grocery store and show you how to break down nutrition labels and ingredient lists so you can purchase the highest quality ingredients to reach your health goals!
