Vegan Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients
1 (15.5 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
7 Medjool dates, pitted
1/3 cup cashew butter
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (sugar-free options like Lily's)
Directions
Place the garbanzo beans, dates, cashew butter, and sea salt in a food processor. Blend until the ingredients are well combined and form a dough-like consistency, scraping down the sides of the processor as needed.
Once the dough is smooth, transfer to a mixing bowl and add the almond flour and chocolate chips. Stir until everything is evenly distributed.
Using a tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop out bite-sized balls and place into a glass container or plate. Repeat the process until all the dough has been used.
Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 mins and store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
