5 Ingredient Homemade Hummus

Ingredients
1 - 15.5oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/4 cup smooth tahini
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 small garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon sea salt
1-2 tablespoons water, or as needed
garnish: olive oil, sumac, flakey sea salt
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor, and blend on high. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water to keep the mixture moving and to get your desired consistency. Serve with veggies, pita or inside a wrap. Keeps in the fridge for 7-10 days!
