Watermelon Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
4 cups cubed watermelon
2 Persian cucumbers, cut in half and thinly sliced
1 cup vegan feta cheese, diced
1 ripe avocado, diced
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, minced
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients.
Gently toss everything together and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Serve the chilled and enjoy!
