Makes one wrap
6 large romaine lettuce leaves, washed
3 slices of turkey
1 large tomato, thinly sliced into rounds
1/4 cup sprouts (any kind)
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 persian cucumber, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons mayonaise
2 tablespoons dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
Place a large piece of parchment paper on the counter and lay out 6 romaine leaves in rows of two, slightly overlapping.
Spread a thin layer of the mayo, then dijon mustard onto each lettuce leaf.
Then add layer on turkey, tomato, sprouts, avocado, and cucumber in the center of the lettuce leaving the edges open.
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle on top.
Starting from the bottom, gently roll the lettuce leaves, tucking in the sides as you go, using the parchment paper to help you create a tight wrap.
Slice each wrap in the center and enjoy!
