Slow Cooked BBQ Ribs
1 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
4 lbs baby back ribs, membrane removed (thin layer under the ribs)
about 1 cup bbq sauce
Preheat the oven to 350F. Line a sheet tray with foil and place a wire rack inside. Combine the dry rub ingredients in a small bowl. Stir together.
Sprinkle the rub all both sides of the ribs and rub in. Place on top of the wire rack on the sheet tray and into the oven for 2 hours. You want them tender and almost falling off the bone.
Brush each rack with bbq sauce and place back in the oven on broil until browned or onto a preheated grill for 5-7 mins until charred in spots. Transfer to a cutting board and cut ribs. Enjoy!
